Hi I'm Aaron,
I am a professional Holistic Therapist here in Sheffield. I've been performing massage now for several years.  I first trained in 2004 gaining an ITEC level3 diploma in holistic massage. The more I explored massage and its tremendous benefits, the greater my enthusiasm for it and the more I worked at deepening my knowledge of theory and practice. I have expanded my skill set to include Reflexology and Aromatherapy and during my training in these I was awarded the prize for Student of the Year.

I love to see Sheffield people gain the benefits that massage, reflexology and aromatherapy can bring. I particularly enjoy doing massage with firm pressure – to access those deep muscles that rarely get any attention, which can make a big difference to a lot of people.

Swedish Massage
Traditional Swedish techniques that are used firmly (pressure is done to what you prefer) and are easily adapted for what you want. You may want a full body massage or you can have focussed back work or extend this to include your neck and shoulders its up to you.

Corporate / Event Massage
Massage is provided for you within your business premises with the use of a portable massage chair, bringing you a therapeutic stress-busting massage for your staff.

Aromatherapy massage
This is a wonderful aromatherapeutic experience of essential oils working with relaxing massage which is helping you to gain a better sense of well being in your body, mind and spirit.  Why not cater this to your liking by having firmer pressure or mix and match using essential oils with reflexology.

Reflexology with Massage
A simply gorgeous therapy that is essentially a deeply relaxing treatment that is so rewarding.  You can get your feet pampered on those strenuous and tiring days or why not try a session on your hands.

I have been receiving massage treatments from Aaron Burton during the past two years and also bi-weekly and weekly reflexology treatments. Aaron is really friendly and patient - he takes the time to listen and tailor his massage to your needs. I sit at a desk all day at work and suffer from chronic tension in my neck and shoulders.
